Do you know the feeling of being blocked inside?


You want to get started on something, but it’s like there’s a wall — made of tiredness, pressure, or self-doubt?


This gentle tapping session supports you in beginning exactly where you are. Not with pressure — but with compassion. In three mindful rounds, you'll acknowledge your inner overwhelm, reconnect with your adult self, and gently activate the courage for a first step.


Preparation


Take a moment just for yourself. Sit comfortably. Inhale deeply... and exhale slowly. Feel your feet on the ground. Your breath. Your body.

You are here. You are safe.

Round 1 – Acknowledgement & Safety


Karate Chop Point (Side of Hand):

"Even though I can’t seem to get anything done right now, I’m okay just as I am."

"Even though I feel blocked, I allow myself to accept it."

"Even though it feels overwhelming — I’m here. I’m breathing."

Top of Head:

"My system is trying to protect me. It means well."

Eyebrow:

"I feel the overwhelm."

Side of Eye:

"I feel the tension, the pressure."

Under Eye:

"A part of me just wants to rest."

Under Nose:

"I honor that part of me."

Chin:

"I’m no longer small. I’m an adult now."

Collarbone:

"I can choose how I protect myself."

Under Arm:

"I am safe. Right now. Right here."


Round 2 – Compassion & Grounding


Karate Chop Point (Side of Hand):

"I choose compassion for myself."

"I breathe.

I ground myself.

I am enough."

Top of Head:

"I’m allowed to start small."

Eyebrow:

"I can begin imperfectly."

Side of Eye:

"I’ll do it my own way."

Under Eye:

"I don’t have to prove my worth through performance."

Under Nose:

"I’m already enough."

Chin:

"I choose a kind first step."

Collarbone:

"I’m on my path."

Under Arm:

"I trust myself more and more."


Round 3 – Activation & Trust


Karate Chop Point(Side of Hand):

"I’m allowed to move forward — even if I still feel unsure."

"I can make mistakes and still be safe."

"I’m supported by my inner strength."

Top of Head:

"I move forward with love."

Eyebrow:

"I’m ready to take a step."

Side of Eye:

"I act at my own pace."

Under Eye:

"I’m braver than I thought."

Under Nose:

"I allow ease into this process."

Chin:

"I grow, step by step."

Collarbone:

"I’m ready for change."

Under Arm:

"I walk my path with trust."


Closing


Place your hands over your heart.

Feel into your body.

Take a deep breath in... and out.


“I thank myself.I am on my path.”

“I am ready to care for myself.”

“I’m allowed to act gently.”


Repeat this session whenever you feel stuck.Not to push yourself — but to remind yourself:
